Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you or your nominated person other than the carrier receives the goods. For separately delivered goods in one order, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

Before the deadline, send an unequivocal notice to office@punkt.studio or [enter notification address]. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.

Returning the goods

1. State the order number and products being returned.
2. Within 14 days after notice, send them to [enter the return address before publication].
3. Package them against damage. Do not send a return shipment requiring us to pay an amount upon receipt.
4. Keep proof of dispatch until the return is complete.

You bear direct return costs unless we expressly agree otherwise. You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We will refund payments received, including the least expensive standard initial delivery, within 14 days after notice. We may wait until receiving the goods or proof of dispatch. Because payment was collected by the courier on delivery, we will contact you to agree a fee-free refund method and may request an IBAN. Do not send bank details before receiving our reply.

Exceptions

Withdrawal is unavailable for made-to-order or clearly personalised goods and other statutory cases. Standard books, posters and postcards are not excluded merely because they are printed products. Withdrawal is separate from remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.
