Punkt Shop / Legal
Terms and Conditions
Effective 17.08.2026
1. Trader and scope
The shop is operated by Studio Punkt Ltd., company ID [enter company ID], registered at [enter registered address], email office@punkt.studio (“Punkt Shop”, “we”). These terms govern Bulgarian deliveries. Mandatory Bulgarian and EU consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Products, availability and prices
Essential characteristics appear on each product page; screen colours may vary slightly. Prices are in euro and are final consumer prices including applicable taxes. Delivery is calculated separately before the final order. Cart placement does not reserve stock. Price, variant and availability are checked again when the order is created. We will contact you and require no payment if an obvious technical error or inability to supply occurs.
3. Contract formation
Before ordering, you see the products, quantities, delivery and total price and can correct your details. Pressing “Order with obligation to pay” submits a binding order. The automated message acknowledges receipt. The contract is formed when we confirm that we can fulfil the order or dispatch it. The currently published storefront and contract language is English. We retain the order data and email it to you; please keep the confirmation.
4. Payment
The only current method is payment on delivery. Product and displayed delivery charges are paid to Speedy upon receipt using the methods supported by the courier at the selected address, office or locker, which may include cash or card where available.
5. Delivery
Speedy delivers to a supported office, locker or address. Times are estimates starting after confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will occur without undue delay and within the statutory maximum period. You must provide accurate details and collect the parcel within the courier’s deadline. Risk passes when you or your nominated third party other than the carrier physically receives the goods.
6. Withdrawal and returns
A consumer may withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Notice must be sent before the deadline. Instructions and the statutory model form are on our Returns and withdrawal page. Goods must be returned within 14 days after notice. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer unless we agree otherwise. The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right does not apply to made-to-order or clearly personalised goods and other statutory exceptions. It does not automatically exclude ordinary books, posters or postcards.
7. Refunds
We refund payments received, including standard initial delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days after notice. We may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or proof of dispatch. Extra cost for a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard method is excluded. For orders paid through the courier on delivery, we will agree a lawful fee-free refund method with the customer.
8. Conformity and complaints
Goods carry the statutory conformity guarantee. Consumers have the remedies and periods provided by current consumer law, including the two-year legal guarantee for goods. Email office@punkt.studio with the order number, description and useful photographs. This does not limit other lawful methods of making a complaint.
9. Intellectual property
Site copy, images, designs and identity are protected. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or rights to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it.
10. Liability and force majeure
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, but will inform you and take reasonable steps to limit the effects.
11. Personal data
Processing is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints, disputes and law
Please contact office@punkt.studio first. Consumers may complain to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission and request voluntary ADR through its conciliation commissions. The former EU ODR platform has been discontinued, so we do not provide an obsolete link. Bulgarian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
